Returns Policy
All of our items come with a 100% money back gaurantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your order - send it back for refund or exchange (shipping is not refundable).
Returns and exchanges are allowed for any item returned to us in salable condition within 90 days of purchase.
There is a 10% restocking fee after 45 days.
Instructions:
- Email us at returns@mikeshuskerstuff.com or call us at (308) 632-2560 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RNA). Let us know if you wish to exchange (include what item you wish to exchange it for) or receive a refund for the item. ALL returns/exchanges MUST have a RNA or they can not be processed.
- We will give you this number once we receive the return request either via email or phone.
- Once you have the RNA- write it on the shipping label and your receipt. Carefully pack all return or exchange items in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your original purchase receipt. Write the RNA on the receipt as well. Returns that do not include a purchase receipt w/ RNA can not be processed.
- Once we receive your return or exchange we will process your return then notify you of refund or exchange shipment.
